Welcome to Meadows Wagon, a unique and beautiful converted hay wagon that is now a resplendent Shepherds Hut, or even almost a Showmans Wagon. It sits on its own, next to a barn in 4 acres of meadows. It has a table and a wooden seating bench at one end, and double bed at the other end, behind a romantic traditional curtain. It has a woodburner, a small double electric hob and a small kitchen worktop. Outside, just behind there is a composting toilet and a basic outdoor wash-station.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

There is a small spiral staircase in the pepper pot top providing access to the roof terrace which is surrounded by a tree canopy of chestnut, oak and birch. The tower is located in 14 acres of deciduous woodland a short distance from the Market Town of Woodbridge. It provides an ideal base to explore the area.
