We invite you to enjoy our enchanted desert oasis. Built in 1945, Casa de Familia is in the heart of historic downtown Alamogordo. A home away from home with adventure in every direction. Whether it’s a 20 minute drive to White Sands National Park, a 15 minute drive into the Lincoln National Forest or a short walk to the oldest zoo in the southwest. Our cozy southwestern farmhouse is newly renovated with comfort and convenience in mind. It’s 1100 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Our renovated 1860s casita is ~1000sqft with charming authenticity including hand plastered thick adobe walls, tile and wood floors, original vigas, a kiva fireplace in the main living area, courtyard, and nearby acequia providing soothing sounds. The casita is located in the heart of Tularosa, very walkable with galleries and gift shops. An excellent location for touring the area.

Redwood was designed for romantic weekend getaways or extended stays. It offers two covered decks; one over looks the tall ponderosa pines off of the main living area with seating and gas fire table, The second Covered deck offers a private Hot Tub, seating around the gas fire table and a Gas BBQ Grill – two level - 3 steps up to cabin entrance and main level, several steps to upper bedroom level - Wi-Fi in cabin - Roku - DVD/CD player-cabin side parking.
