There are about 20 stairs to climb up, plus few once inside,free parking across the street at any time, which is one of benefits of NOT living in the heart of NYC. I offer the entire home or sharing it on a separate listing for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.

Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.
