Our lovely cottage & courtyard garden is on a quiet street in old Harwich, just one road back from the pier. Excellent pubs & beach staggeringly close, 5 minute walk to train station, 2 stops to international ferry to Holland, London 1hr20m. The cottage has three bedrooms over two floors (with very steep stairs) and is suitable for children & well behaved, house trained pets. I have completed the Control of Cross Infection in a Post Covid 19 World Qualification, which guides our cleaning regime.

This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. We also welcome up to two dogs.

The Old Bakery is a detached house set back behind Connaught Avenue, right in the centre of Frinton on Sea. It has 2 double bedrooms for 4 people and a small double sofa bed for one or two in the living room. There is 1 full bathrooms with a bath and shower and 1 half bathroom with shower. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. There is a full kitchen and sun trap of a garden. The house is close to the Tennis Club, the sea and beach, shops, and restaurants, Free parking.
