The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 adults (2 adults can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge). There is an induction cooker, microwave with grill, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, fireplace, terrace. House is within 5 min drive to the new public beach in Smardzewice. Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.
