We've been steadily xeriscaping our front yard with beautiful drought resistant and pollinator-friendly perennials, and the whole neighborhood has peaceful ambiance with direct access to the Finch arboretum. Bring your snowshoes if it's snowy!

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
