NEW: Summerhouse near beach&lake

Welcome to our newly renovated summer house right near a family friendly lake. And very close to the beach, dunes and woods. That's what I personally love the most: you're surrounded by so much beautiful nature. There is free parking, free wifi, a tv and all the basic kitchen stuff and towels, toilet paper, peper, salt, etc ;) There are no stairs and there is a spacious garden for sunbathing and playing kids. Just know you have to walk 1 min from the (free!) parking to the front door.

We are devoted to our tiny house at the Vinkeveense Plassen. We like to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find life in a small space with a lot of outside space to give a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen in front of us. Zwem, vis, fiets, wandel en vaargenot midden in het groene Hart tussen de vier steden Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Den Haag. Het huis heeft een volledige uitgeruste keuken, eethoek en gezellige woonkamer. Aansluiten is de garderobe met toilet en trap naar boven. Boven is een kamer met stapelbed, een ruime kamer met twee persoonsbed en een uitschuifbed. De badkamer is ruim met ligbad.

Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

The house has a nice shower and bathroom, floor heating, kitchen, Nespresso, microwave, mini oven and terrace with view over the garden. Rent the motorboat, bikes or go supping at the lake. In a couple of minutes you can enjoy the beautiful nature and lakes close by.
