With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. The story goes back to 1847 where the first generation of our family started making original Gouda Cheese. We still make it the same way and we are proud of it. Do you want to spend a few days on a real traditonal farm without a lag of luxury, then you just found the right adress. Want to see how we make cheese or how we milk the cows? Welcome to our home. This beautiful farm in the typical Dutch countryside was built in the beginning of the last century. We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Een delightful holiday house situated in the summerhouse of the farm Welgelegen. The farmhouse is situated next to river 't Gein. The area is very suitable for walks and bike tours. The house is 500 meters away from the idyllic town Abcoude and very close to the train station. The train brings you in 20 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam which makes it possible to combine the business of the city with the welcoming space and peace of the country life.

A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol (airport shuttle in consultation) The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes, bicycles.and our electrically powered boat can are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house.

Guesthouse op landgoed aan de Vecht

Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.

Close to Gouda (15min), Rotterdam (30min), Utrecht (40min), The Hague (40min), Kinderdijk (40min) and Keukenhof (55min) you find ‘Huize Tussenberg’. ‘Huize Tussenberg’ is situated in a typical Dutch nature area with windmills, cows, cheese and farms. ‘Huize Tussenberg’ is ideally located for touring the Netherlands or going to Amsterdam (1hr) by car or by public transport.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
