Η VILLA SPILIO είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο σε ένα μικρό ακρωτήρι.Από κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Διαθέτει μεγάλο κρεβάτι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι και όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές. Εξωτερικά έχει μεγάλη αυλή, με δέντρα και πολλά λουλούδια. Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος.
