1 bedroom 2nd story garage apartment overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Two guests only. Private beach access on property with private parking. Property is quiet with hosts living in separate building. Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

Our place is close to the city center, parks, beach & shopping. Grocery store and drug store just across the street. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Enjoy a bit of paradise at Pura Vida Florida Farm — an ACTIVE working farm — in Vero Beach, FL. Offering an amazing place to relax, unwind and connect with nature. Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. This beautiful coastal themed home is located on this preserve setting along the South Prong of the Sebastian River. The Location is serene, and special. This home offers park like setting with views of very special birds, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and Sandhill Cranes. You may be Pleasantly surprised as you sit outside and enjoy the abundance of wildlife. The covered screened patio is fully furnished for outdoor living including a TV and propane grill.
