The pretty 16th Century 2-story house, with haven-courtyard & happy style is a quiet secret hidden oasis. It's the perfect destination for couples in love or families wanting a breath of fresh air! Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, fully stocked kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.

The cottage is full of character. Sit in the little private courtyard on a sunny day, or warm yourself by the wood burning stove on a chilly night.

Sitting room leading into double bedroom with en suite shower in a converted stable at the end of a delightful large garden. So quiet my guests sleep like logs. Continental breakfast in hamper left outside The Stables each morning at pre agreed time. Outdoor secluded area to eat. Travel cot for one infant. Unique!
