Amenities include camping essentials & some glamping perks: king size bed, bbq, fireplace, Indoor incineration toilet, soap & water, outdoor shower (summer only), kettle, cooking utensils. Nearby is Purple Hill Lavender Farms, Drysdale's Tree Farm, Tiffin Conservation Area, Nottawasaga & golf courses. Wasaga Beach is 30 min away.

Needing an unforgettable escape? This cozy cottage is nestled in nature along the Nottawasaga river and has large panel doors that fully open for picture worthy views & peaceful sounds of the river. A new incredible outdoor fire-pit with hanging egg chairs. A cozy indoor wood burning fireplace along with a comfy pull out couch that has a projector above for the best movie nights. Heated floors if you aren't interested in maintaining a fire, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-fi, AC and washer/dryer.

It is comfortable and cozy, it is everything you want for a perfect weekend getaway!

Do you like camping without the camping? If so, hang out here at the farm for a day or the weekend. Enjoy the stars, have a sauna (ice bath extra $75.00) outdoor shower and a campfire, see deer, or wild turkeys or listen to nothing for a while. Feed the donkeys and chickens or grab a Muskoka chair and a book. It is your time to relax and unwind !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable timber frame tiny home. Nestled along the edge of the forest, and overlooking a pond, this newly constructed home features a full kitchen, bathroom, private deck, hot tub, and stone patio with fire pit. Sleeping loft accessible by ladder comfortably sleeps four with expansive views of nature.
