A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Luxe appartement in groen Amsterdam Noord

Ons appartement is een nieuw (geopend op 1 september 2020) luxe en sfeervol gastenverblijf met een eigen entree, een terras aan de slaapkamer en een heerlijk bankje voor de deur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Old pump station for 2 adults & 2 max 12 year olds

This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, this hotel offers a balance between tranquillity and dynamism. A supermarket and lunchroom are within walking distance, ideal for a relaxing start to the day. This special accommodation is 21 metres long and perfect for a romantic stay for two or a family with children up to 12 years old.

Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Privacy in lichte, moderne studio aan rustige straat in het populaire Oostelijk Havengebied nabij Centrum met gebruik van patio. Geen kookplaat, wel koelkast, Nespresso, melkschuimer, waterkoker en eierkoker. Schone moderne badkamer met douche en wc. Let op: de studio heeft hoge plafonds en je slaapt op een entresol zonder stahoogte bereikbaar via trap. Niet aanbevolen voor ouderen of mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Buitenzwemmen op loopafstand. 2 fietsen inbegrepen.

Stay on a small private boat — a simple, peaceful place to rest after exploring Amsterdam. Hot showers and a washing machine offer extra comfort. A bio supermarket and restaurant are just 3 minutes away. Public transport gets you to Central Station in 30 minutes, and two bikes are available for free. The boat is small and basic, best for solo travelers or adventurous couples who enjoy cozy, unique stays over hotel-style luxury. The boat is also heated :)

In de zomer kan je heerlijk op de steiger naast de boot zitten en zeker ook zwemmen! We zijn er om je te inspireren en op weg te helpen om in Amsterdam je weg te vinden. We hebben zelf ook veel gereisd, dus we weten wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke tijd in de prachtige stad Amsterdam.

Het Amsterdam Rijnkanaal ligt in onze achtertuin. Kortom, variatie en comfort in Amsterdam.

Sirius (City Sailing)

Deze accommodatie is uniek. Onze Beachcraft motorboot met douche ligt op een prachtige plek en is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avontuurlijke mensen en zakenreizigers. Op de boot is een buitendek aanwezig waar u heerlijk kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een kleine keuken, toilet en een bank. Voorin de boot bevindt zich de slaapcabine met een tweepersoonsbed geschikt voor 2 personen.
