Vindsvåningen består av ett stort kök och vardagsrum med fint ljusinsläpp. Här finns också ett stort fräscht badrum med badkar och ett sovrum. Det finns tillgång till trädgård. Närhet till Delsjöns friluftsområde samt badplats vid Härlandatjärn. 12 min med buss till Göteborg C och det går spårvagn från Östra Sjukhuset till Liseberg/Avenyn.
