This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on over an acre in a quiet and secluded subdivision close to town. Enjoy tranquil mornings and stunning sunsets on the back porch while grilling up a wonderful dinner. Visit our downtown district area with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries only 3 miles away and our historic Pinos Altos where great food, hiking, and biking is happening all year around. The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 4 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Private keyless entry. This is a quiet complex in a quiet neighborhood.

Casa Central

Perfect home for short or mid term rentals. Close to Gila Regional Hospital and Freeport McMoran Mines which makes it perfect for business trips and traveling nurses. Also good for those who love the outdoors. Alot of outdoor activities like hiking, walking trails and close to Gila Forest and Gila Cliff Dwellings. You will have the house all to yourself. Spacious Kitchen and living area and includes a washer and dryer.

Pinos Altos Cottage on Cont Divide

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $25 per night pet fee ($125 weekly) payable during stay. Fee for more than two guests (3 maximum) is $25 per night.

College District Art House * Patio * Sleeps 5

Stay in the unique Art House in the WNMU College District! An easy drive or 15-minute walk to downtown Silver City, this home is completely remodeled with an updated cottage kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Two beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms are perfect for couples traveling together or families. A fifth person can be accommodated on the oversized couch.

We are located at the foothills of the Gila National Forest and the Aldo Leopold Wilderness where you can enjoy many trails that are available for hiking and riding.
