Completamente ristrutturata nel 2023, salvaguardando la sua essenza di casa rurale, è dotata di ogni confort, ambienti climatizzati e wifi gratuito. La Casetta si struttura su due livelli, per complessivi di 60 mq circa, può ospitare fino a 3 adulti e su richiesta c'è la disponibilità di una culla. Dispone di due balconi uno con vista sulle colline e sul Monviso, e uno con vista sul centro storico e la parrocchiale.

Casa Verrua è situata nel centro di Scurzolengo. Dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina e posto auto. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile ammirare il paesaggio, prendere il sole, e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare.
