Walking distance to UBS arena and by driving it will take approximately five minutes. Long Island Railroad, Queens Village stop is within walking distance. JFK airport is approximately 10-15 mins and La Guardia, approximately 30 mins. Home is walking distance to shopping, laundry, supermarkets, on Jamaica Ave, Hempstead, Springfield etc.

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.
