Blue Burough is our latest airbnb that will certainly make you feel right at home. This unit is one of four units in a historic gem building located in neighborhood of Riverside. We are located only 1 block from St Vincent's hospital and walking distance to the restaurants and antique stores on Park Street. There is an on-site private laundry room for our Airbnb guests and the long term tenants in the building. Free parking is available and easy access to Ubers and Lyfts if needed.

Our 1,300 ft.² home was renovated in 2023 with new central heat and air, ceramic tile and hard wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, and electrical and plumbing. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
