Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

The villa has many amenities necessary for a quality vacation, such as an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price.
