Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Tæt på Djurs Sommerland, golf, fiskesø og dyrepark

Vi holder af at have gæster og har forsøgt at skabe et rart og funktionelt udgangspunkt for et dejligt ophold på skønne Djursland. Her er ikke megen luksus og heller ikke så megen plads, til gengæld er det hyggeligt og ordentligt - og centralt beliggende i forhold til Djurslands mange herligheder. Fx har vi Djurs Sommerland, golf, fiskesø, legeplads og dyrepark næsten i baghaven. Rar hund er velkommen (Obs: trappe til førstesalen). Vi har selv to rare hunde. Vi glæder os til at møde jer :-)

Hyggeligt sommerhus nær Ebeltoft, strand og skov

Ved Lyngsbæk Strand nær Ebeltoft og kun 5-6 min. gang fra stranden ligger dette feriehus for enden af en blind stikvej. Huset: Dejlig stue, indrettet med brændeovn, chromecast TV og fin spiseplads. Køkkenet ligger i åben forbindelse med stuen. 2 soveværelser - 1) dobbeltseng og 2) to enkeltsenge. Derudover: En hyggelig alkove i stuen med to sovepladser. Badeværelset har brusebad. Slap af i denne unikke og skønne bolig. Et af Danmarks smukkeste steder! Nyd solnedgangen fra liggestolene med kig ud over Julsø. Hop i søen fra bådebroen og skyl dig i varmt vand med udsigt til Himmelbjerget. Tag din kajak med og sejl en morgentur og mød fiskehejren. Nyd morgenkaffen i pavillonen med brændeovnen tændt. Læs en bog i dobbeltsengen med kig ud over søen eller tag mountainbiken med og kør en tur på ruten udenfor døren. Kun fantasien sætter grænserne på dette skønne sted! VELKOMMEN

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Skønt privat anneks i flotte landlige omgivelser

Dejligt og rummeligt anneks på 30 kvm i landlige omgivelser. Tæt på motorvejen, så man hurtigt kan komme til både Skanderborg, Silkeborg og Aarhus. I Annekset findes der soveværelse, stue og tekøkken. I tekøkkenet vil der være lidt køkkenredskaber, så I kan lave lidt kaffe og riste noget brød. Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
