Or, simply relax on the spacious back deck admiring the redwoods with a glass of wine or lounge in the soothing hot tub.

The cottage is nestled on its own private level of the property while the host's house is on street level.

Located just a 5 min drive from downtown Guerneville, and a 5 min walk to a private neighborhood beach, River Haven is a perfect wine country getaway. The house has a large yard, brand new hot tub, outdoor lounge/kitchen area, movie theater and a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, darts, peloton, etc! A canoe, kayak and SUP are located at the beach and are available for use during your stay.

Tucked amongst Redwoods and ivy on the hill, our forest getaway has a magical feel. Escape the hustle, relax in the hot tub and enjoy the upgraded home. Walk down to the river or the Rio Nido Roadhouse. Downtown Guerneville and Armstrong Woods State Park are a 5 min drive. Haven in the Woods is a short drive from wine tasting rooms and a MacKenzie Northwood Golf Club. Note: Must climb stairs to the house and we do not have a TV (though have strong internet). Magical riverfront home, hot tub, dock, kayaks

Magical riverfront home, warm and inviting, with lots of stylish and comfortable places to relax, large deck, and a hot tub. In July, August (and usually most of September), there is a dock, a canoe and 2 kayaks for guest use. Our house is situated on the quiet side of the river, away from road noise in a sweet, safe neighborhood surrounded by redwoods. Only Airbnb users with 5 star reviews accepted as guests. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for kids, infants or seniors.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
