In the center of a beautiful tourist town, walking distance to over a dozen bars and restaurants (including 2 Michelin rated), shops, the train station and the second largest natural park in the Netherlands, the Holterberg, sits this large modern, 500 m2/ 5000 sq ft villa with 3 large bathrooms and indoor hottub. All bedrooms have airco. Holten is centrally located within a short drive to historic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen. Amsterdam is about an hour away by train or by car.

This spacious holiday home of no less than 450m3 offers a unique oasis of peace, steeped in history. Enjoy the serene surroundings and slow down a gear while you are embraced by the beautiful nature of the Sallandse Heuvelrug and Espelo. Sploder Zicht is ideal for a relaxing stay, but children (<12 years) are not allowed. Max 2 dogs. No other pets.

Farmhouse Dijkerhoek (1898)

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.

Vakantiewoning Bosvogel Holten

In een rustige en bosrijke omgeving van Holten ligt onze bungalow de "Bosvogel", op een mooi, royaal perceel. Op de begane grond zijn een woonkamer met openslaande terrasdeuren, een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel, en een keuken voorzien van een gaskookplaat, afzuigkap, vaatwasser, koel-vriescombinatie en combi-oven. Op de eerste etage zijn twee ruime slaapkamers en een tweede toilet aanwezig.

Dit gezellige en knusse huisje middenin de bosrijke omgeving de Borkeld in Holten is een heerlijke vakantiebestemming om fijn tot rust te komen. Er is een grote tuin met een fijn terras waar je altijd wordt omringd door fluitende vogeltjes
