Снаружи здание напоминает о постсоветском времени вместе с лестничной клеткой, но тем кто помнит и не страшится истории - это место оставит очень позитивное и неизгладимое впечатление. Местоположение всего в 2 мин от концертного зала Gors, что дает дополнительное удобство тем, кто приехал в наш город на концерт. Все сделано с любовью и комфортом

Sunny Evenings in the very centre of Rezekne

Mājīgs un gaišs dzīvoklis pašā Rēzeknes centrā. Kluss, jo logi vērsti uz pagalmu. Viss nepieciešamais pāris minūšu gājienā – Ausmeņa Kebabs, Iggi Bārs un Karbonādes, Heaburger, veikali, aptieka un sabiedriskais transports. Koncertzāle GORS - 10 min gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklis ideāli piemērots 2 cilvēkiem, bet tajā ir arī ērts dīvāns, uz kura vajadzības gadījumā var nakšņot trešais cilvēks. Atrodas 5. stāvā - jārēķinās, ka būs jākāpj pa kāpnēm. Ballītes nav atļautas. Lai jauka atpūta šeit! ☀️

This cosy flat will make you feel right at home. You don’t need to worry about anything - there are pots and pans in the kitchen, all electrical appliances, you can easily wash and iron your clothes, and rest in a King size bed after a busy day, with a large flat screen TV in each room. The location is perfect, located in the city centre, on the ground floor with free parking right outside. The park is just 2 minutes away, and from there you can explore our cute little town.

Bright and cozy place in the very center

Cozy one room apartment in the very center of Rezekne - only 10 min walk away from the Concert hall GORS. Many cafes, places to eat, shops just around the corner (Ausmeņa Kebabs, IGGI Burger, Hesburger). Although it's located in the centre of Rezekne, the windows are facing the backyard, so it’s rather calm even at the busiest hours of the day. There is 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay (in 1 room, however). No parties allowed! Enjoy your stay! :)

Cosy little studio flat, suitable for one person or a couple. Flat is located on the main street, in the city centre. Walking distance to shops, concert hall "Gors", and cinema. You'll enjoy your sleep on a comfortable 160×200cm bed. It's quiet inside the flat due to the thick walls. You are welcome to use a fully equipped kitchen. Private parking is just in front of the flat - you'll see your car through the window.
