Full kitchen, 2 large tv's with satellite programming, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the nice large deck.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain home is designed for relaxation and adventure, featuring a huge deck with a private hot tub, a cozy stone fireplace, game loft, w/ foosball & herds of deer as your nearest neighbor. The perfect basecamp for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or simply unwinding in nature. Step inside and be greeted by vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a wall of windows designed to bring the outdoors in.

Pepper Sauce Camp Cabin 6

Cabin 6 is our most popular unit. With wood log walls inside it's about 900 sq. ft and sleeps up to 5 people. It's got a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave and a full set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. There's a wood burning stove plus gas and electric heaters. It has a large foyer/entryway for all your outdoor gear. The patio out back offers unobstructed views to the lake, while the log bench out front is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset over Wheeler Peak, NM's tallest.

This charming 1940's log cabin has been completely updated with high-end amenities, creating the perfect balance of rustic luxury. Located on 5 acres adjacent to Carson National Forest, the cabin backs up to a beautiful mountain wall and river running right off the back deck (typically dries up Oct-Jan). Just 10 min to the plaza, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the action of town, but far enough way to escape people and immerse yourself in nature. Lots of great hiking trails just minutes away.

Mama Bear's Hideaway- located on Main St.

A clean and modern, newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with full kitchen, living room, and gas fireplace. Cabin has 1 king bed and a day bed that turns into a king bed. Mama Bear's Hideaway is situated in the heart of Red River, 100 yards from the ski lifts, across the street from a convenient supermarket, walking distance to Steam Coffee and many other restaurants and shops. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, fire pit, outdoor grills, private pond w/ fishing available. NO PETS allowed.

It is nestled in the western end of downtown Red River, NM. Our hideaway is just 1 block away from Main St. and all downtown has to offer. Walk to ski slopes, restaurants, breweries, the grocery store or to fishing. Enjoy the views of the ski slopes, torchlight parade and fireworks from the comfort of your sofa in the evenings. Ample parking for ATV's.

It is a wonderful experience to stay in our beautiful home in the mountains of Northern New Mexico surrounded by vast ranch lands. Viewing wildlife and observing nature is a favorite pastime for our guests and the wildlife is everywhere, from birds in the sky and in the water to many elk, deer and other mammals abound. The log home is modern and refined in its restoration although it is now 100 years old and is unique to our area in its style and comfort. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
