The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Your big, bright, private space in a separate wing off the main house, has a separate entry with lock box. The suite contains TWO double bedrooms, a big bathroom, a generous living room with dining table, TV, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Your rooms are equipped with luxury linen and bedding. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!
