Deze kleurrijke studio is een sfeervol en vlakbij Amsterdam. Bezoek de drukke stad en kom tot rust in dit romantische nestje in een klein dorp op maar 15 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centraal. Het dorp heeft alle karakteristieke kenmerken van een Nederlands dorp. Mooie houten huizen omringd door natuur, weilanden en water. We hebben een sfeervol dorpscafé en een unieke winkel voor kleine boodschappen. Deze studio is uiterst geschikt voor sleep & go! Heeft geen uitgebreide keuken. Geen feestjes.

Lovely private cottage near Amsterdam

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Verblijf op een unieke locatie net buiten Amsterdam! Deze gerenoveerde ruime woning in Landsmeer biedt comfort voor 9 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers (boven), 3 douches (beneden) , 2 wc’s (beneden) en een tuin. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.

We are close to Amsterdam and the tulip fields. 1 minute walking distance from Purmerend city centre full of shops and restaurants. 1 min from the bus station “Tramplein”, 5 minutes to the train station with direct connection 36 min to Schiphol Airport. Parking in front of the door. Located in a quiet city park with shops and restaurants around the corner. The perfect getaway to visit Amsterdam and discover local life!

Romantic country garden house looking out over meadows, with large porch. Endless view, amazing sunsets. Nature area with birds. Deluxe kitchen, garden, free parking, excellent wifi. Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Moderne studio op eerste verdieping met uitzicht over de Golfbaan Purmerend. Gelegen in een rustige bosachtige omgeving. Tevens is er een bar en restaurant met uitzicht op de golfbaan. Parkeergelegenheid gratis. Op loopafstand ( 250 meter) van bushalte naar Amsterdam 22 minuten. Zeer gunstig gelegen om de waterlandse bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Volendam, Edam, Zaanse Schans en Monnickendam Alkmaar etc.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
