It has panoramic views from the wrap around balcony of the countryside and ocean, with great bird watching. You are steps away from the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the center of Alvor, and 1 km away from some of the best beaches in Europe. It's a bright and sunny upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with TV, fully stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine & A/C.

Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

Great Views, Swimming Pool, Beach....

Important: The prices listed are for 2 guests. For an extra guest there will be an extra charge. This is a basic but very functional one bedroom apartment, in a very quiet area, with swimming pool, garden and mini golf, for a relaxed/fun holiday. Yet only a 20 minutes walk from the town centre, where you can get busy, if that is what you are looking for. Then come back to retemper in a quite, restful space. It is also an ideal space for families!

The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play.
