The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pineda de mar, a three-minute walk from the beach and the train station between Barcelona (50 minutes) and Girona. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a TV, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is a large free parking lot nearby. You can rent a car space in the underground parking under the house. The price is 2 euros per day. Underground parking is not suitable for large cars.

Muy bien situado en calle peatonal, delante de la playa y muy cerca de la estación de tren, a solo 5 minutos. A recently renovated apartment fully fitted with all you´ll need to enjoy your holydays. Really great location, as the flat is sited in front of the train station and the beach.
