Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Central living spaces are warmed by a slow combustion wood fire with full kitchen and laundry facilities are your disposal.

It features the largest area of remnant vegetation in the western Wheatbelt and where more than 850 species of plants can be seen

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

Nessy's Nest Cottage

Nessy's Nest is a cosy, historical cottage in the heart of Narrogin (circa 1890) at the gateway of Western Australia's Upper Great Southern Region. 2 minute walk to shops and the centre of town, and 2 minute drive to the indoor swimming and sporting precincts and newly opened skate park. 20 metres from a lovely afternoon walk along the winning sculpture park of Narrogin Creek, the newly renovated railway museum.

Grant & Kel welcome you to our Cottage home. Situated on a quiet street in a sought after location the Cottage is equipped with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The Cottage has air conditioning and a wood fire for your comfort. Outdoor setting at the back of the Cottage and fire pit with complete privacy from neighbours . A simple continental breakfast is provided with your accommodation.

Carol’s Cottage

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.

The Nest

Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles.
