Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
