There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is only .07 miles away, 9 minutes to Fort Bragg, .02 miles to starbucks and 3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Cross Creek Mall is 3.2 miles away along with other shopping destinations close by.

Unique efficiency suite completely remodeled as of November, 2020. This house is tucked away in a great neighborhood, making you feel like you are out in the woods on a private creekside retreat. You have 2 acres of creekside property all to yourself. Upgrades in the home include new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, gorgeous custom tilework in the bathroom, a fantastic covered deck overlooking the rear of the property and it is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. With a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, bathroom, laundry room, and enclosed yard, it’s perfect for any stay.

Escape to a peaceful 30-acre working farm just minutes from Fayetteville. Meet horses, donkeys, emus, peacocks, pigs, dogs, and more while enjoying the quiet countryside. Relax by our crystal-clear 1-acre pond for swimming or fishing, explore the property, or simply unwind. We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals. Pets are welcome with a daily fee. We must be notified prior to your arrival, applies to all pets. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

Come make yourself at home in our rustic tiny home on 4 acres, nestled right next to an equestrian estate. Whether you’re looking for a country get away or quick highway stop off 95, this stay won’t disappoint! Enjoy a meal on the covered patio or walk the property to view the neighboring horses. Our tiny house features a separate bedroom with full bed, as well as a futon and a single inflatable sleeping mat. Prepare a quick meal with the kitchenette or outdoor grill and sit back and relax!

This quiet escape: is next to the main house, with a private bathroom and its own entrance, front yard and small pond. It is isolated from noise and the view of others. It is set in 11 ac. of woods with wood fire sauna, walking trail, outdoor dining area with grill and fire pit, and a loan for games and sunbathing. It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from Fayetteville, the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food.

Modern 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Retreat

A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.
