Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld shower. Lastly, enjoy latest streaming shows/movies on 55 inch w/Bose surround sound by the fireplace. Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

The bedroom has a King Sized bed. With a Twin XL bed in the living area! You will have a convenient private entrance/exit through the walk out basement. As well as your own driveway on the property. The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.

The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

Step into a private and cozy space. Relax watching TV in bed or on the couch. This place is part of our walk out basement, so you may hear day to day living upstairs. For your safety there is a Ring camera installed at the entrance and will light up the entryway when it’s dark. Parking is on the well lit public street. Easily walk up our dedicated Airbnb sidewalk, no steps, walk around to the back of the house. You’ll be in a serene space that makes you feel right at home.

A mother-in-law suite perfect for individuals to families looking to stay in the prestigious Millard area. We are steps away from gorgeous Lake Zorinsky, golf courses, shopping, and other amenities. You can expect a friendly neighborhood, a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and natural light! Our shared backyard has a large fire pit, outdoor dining, and the gorgeous NE sunset. Stay in paradise on Hanson Lakes, just ten miles south of downtown Omaha. Perfect getaway from the city or magical place to stay while visiting our lovely city. I lived in this loft myself for five months and it's an awesome space. Perfect for someone looking for inspiration or relaxation. We recently added a queen size Murphy bed so it now has two beds.
