Nakanokata-cho has a "Satoyama" landscape. This town is a small local community, but it is an area where good old Japanese culture remains, such as farmer culture, community ties, and warm people. I want to inherit this old private house that has been passed down for 100 years. With such a wish, we have renovated this old private house with the cooperation of local people, craftsmen, and children. We hope you to feel and enjoy the region of Japan through the stay. You can come here by bus.

Fully renovated 100 year old japanese house

Surrounded by the Central and Southern Alps in Nagano Prefecture, this old private house inn is limited to one couple per day. The 100-year-old old private house was renovated to create a comfortable and pleasant space while retaining its old-fashioned atmosphere. The interior is furnished with vintage furniture mainly from Scandinavia. Quiet location surrounded by fields and satoyama. Enjoy the leisurely flow of time in a modern old private home! We want to communicate with our guests.

Relax in your own private apartment — enjoy Nakatsugawa’s nature and culture while staying close to everyday conveniences. Our place is ideal for travelers who enjoy a slower pace — strolling through town, discovering small spots, and soaking in daily life. We’re about 25 minutes on foot from the station, in a quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. Free parking is right in front. Many come to Nakatsugawa for the Nakasendo hike, but there’s beauty in quiet, everyday moments too.

Stay in a renovated 82㎡ Japanese wooden house near Tsumago-juku on the Nakasendo Trail, just 1 min from Nagiso Station. Ideal for hikers, it offers a bedroom, Wi-Fi, kitchen, theaterroom and bathroom. Walk 50 min (3km) to Tsumago-juku or hike 3 hours to Magome-juku. Enjoy Kiso River and mountain views. Near a bridge, park, supermarket (3 min), and convenience store (7 min). Notes: No smoking/pets. Train/car noise due to station proximity. Cold in winter, insects in summer.

長野県伊那谷のふたつのアルプスが見える町に佇む、築百年の土蔵を改修した小さな一棟貸しの宿です。 当館は、設計事務所を営む夫婦二人で運営しております。私たち自ら設計をし、自身の手で創れる部分は創り、自ら暮らしを創ってゆく力を養いながら、土蔵改修の可能性を探った空間となっております。 かつての生活様式と現在の生活様式とが交叉するこの静かな場所で暮らすように泊まる体験を通じて、あなただけの心地よさに出逢ってゆかれることを願っています。 ■定員 3名様 総床面積が約50㎡の小規模な空間のため、大人１〜３名様に快適にお過ごし頂ける広さです。 ■お時間 チェックイン：16:00-20:00 チェックアウト：〜11:00 チェックイン、チェックアウトの際は対面でご挨拶させて頂いております。 ご予約の際には到着時間を事前にお伝え下さい。 ■アクセス 当館では、食材の買い出しや周辺の散策のため、お車でお越し頂くことを推奨させて頂いております。敷地内には２台分の駐車スペースがございます（それ以上の台数になる場合はご相談ください）

ここにしかない景色を楽しむ旅を。 安曇野の北東に位置する旧明科町は北アルプスを一望でき、 明科は 犀川、高瀬川、穂高川が合流する地であり、豊かな湧水に恵まれた場所 です。 ここには「残し たい美しい景色と静けさ」があります そんな明科の古い建物を改装し、レトロモダンな空間に蘇らせ、一棟 貸 しの宿をつくりました 。 安曇野の空気に触れのんびりと、豊かで贅沢な時間を過ご してほしい そんな想いを込めました 当施設から明科駅まで徒歩5分、篠ノ井線で松本駅まで二駅で行けるので松本観光や 長野方面へも行きやすいです。 長峰山、廃線敷、大王わさび、白鳥飛来地なども近くにあり 安曇野観光をお楽しみください すぐ目の前には「前川」が流れており、カヌー、ラフティング、サップなどの 「龍門渕カヌー競技場」があり徒歩で行けますので練習にも最適な場所です。 旧明科町は市街地ではなくローカルな町です、 周辺は市街地ではないので何もないですが 田舎暮らしや移住に興味のある方二地域居住や検討されている方などにおすすめです。
