En nybyggd sjöstuga för 4 personer som ligger alldeles vid vattenbrynet med egen brygga, badstege och båtplats för djupgående båt. Från vardagsrum, sovrum, balkong & brygga ser man ut mot Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall och Sollidshamn. Det finns underbara klippor & natur för promenad och vandring. Havet runt Hälleviksstrand är perfekt för gäster med egen båt eller havskajak. Sjösättningsramp finns 300 m från huset. Parkering ingår ca 150 m. från huset. Lakan, handdukar ingår. Städning går köpa till.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Our house has a stunning view and is right by the sea with its own dock. This is a house for nature and sea lovers! Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. It has its own dock, we will let you borrow our boat with an outdoor engine. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples.

Ett fridfullt boende med lantligt läge. Nära till skog, natur och trevliga stigar. Boendet ligger nära en sjö med ca 150 meter till en lite strand och en brygga med privat läge. Finns möjlighet att boka en bastu som är placerad i anslutning till sjön. Havet med flera olika stränder finns inom 10-20 minuters bilfärd. Möjlighet till elbilsladdning finns till självkostnadspris.
