Villa fronte mare, 20 m., disposta su un unico livello. Tre stanze da letto, ampio bagno con vasca con parete in cristallo per poter fare comodamente la doccia più altro bagno/lavanderia. Ampio soggiorno con camino per i periodi invernali e sala da pranzo. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Il soggiorno da su un' ampia terrazza vivibile, fronte mare, attrezzata con lettini prendi sole, ampio ombrellone, tavolo e sedie. Di fronte alla casa troviamo il giardino lastricato in cotto da cui si accede ad una stradina sterrata che porta direttamente alla spiaggetta sottostante la casa. In giardino c'è un barbecue portatile e un'ampia doccia esterna. Il giardino ha un'illuminazione a terra calpestabile per poter cenare la sera. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata. Panorama unico.

Notre petit domaine "Sardaigne au naturel" est située sur la commune de Tresnuraghes (1000 hab), à environ 3 kms de la mer, dans un petit paradis au milieu de vignes, d'oliviers et de fruitiers. A 190 mètres d’altitude, entre mer et montagne, le lieu invite à la méditation et la contemplation … Il permet de profiter de superbe fin de journée et des somptueux couchers de soleil sur la mer. Cette partie de la Sardaigne est restée très authentique et sauvage avec peu de développement touristique.

Il mio alloggio è a 5 metri dalla spiaggia , il cancello del giardino si apre direttamente sul mare.Nel giardino c'è una spiaggetta con sdraio e ombrelloni,barbecue,doccia, splendide viste panoramiche.Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie,chi viaggia per lavoro,famiglie(con bambini),grandi gruppi e animali domestici. E' super accessoriata,tutti i comfort,lavastoviglie,microonde,forno elettrico.COD IUN P3154. Per il Decreto Sicurezza ogni ospite deve presentare un documento d'identità all'arrivo.

Villa singola su due livelli con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, al piano terra cucina attrezzata con ampio salone dove poter mangiare in comodità anche in numerosi, bagno e ampio ingresso, al primo piano c'è la zona notte con tre camere spaziose e bagno, all'esterno è presente il giardino con prato, veranda e barbecue attrezzato dove poter mangiare all'aperto, posto auto interno. Tutte le camere e la zona giorno sono dotate di climatizzatore.
