Mulberry Acres is a peaceful country retreat on 3.5 acres located in Smithville, Oklahoma, a 30 min. drive north of Beaver's Bend State Park/lake area. Looking for an affordable quiet country cottage within driving distance of a multitude of natural wonders, lakes, rivers, hiking, trendy restaurants and night life? Mulberry Acres is your place. A great place for families and friends to gather to have fun, relax and enjoy the peaceful splendor of nature. Sleeps 4-6 guests with air mattress.

Monkey Island Winery and Cottages #1, Cabernet

Our three cottages built in 2017 are on a 65 acre Horse Ranch with a Winery and Vineyard. Each sleeps up to six and are very private. Second bedroom is a loft built over the bathroom , 54" ceiling peak designed for kids but adults enjoy the space with two single beds and is open to the main floor. Located on Monkey Island, Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Pets are always welcome at Monkey Island Cottages with no additional up-front fee. A "house" is needed if the pet is left alone in the Cottage.

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Built in 2018, our cottage has private off-street parking and keypad entry. Open floor plan is sunny and spacious. Downstairs seating area has 55” TV. Upstairs bathroom has a deep soaker tub. King bedroom upstairs opens onto balcony. Full kitchen and combination shower/tub downstairs. Carefully selected, one-of-a-kind chandeliers in every room! The Tiny Cottage (Jay City Limits)

The Tiny Cottage is perfect for guests who are traveling with kids or pets and would like to avoid a hotel. The Cottage has almost 400 sq. feet of personal space. It is fully equipped with a living room, galley kitchen, full bathroom, small bedroom, and private yard. The deck has patio seating. Pets need to be well-behaved. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

The Cottage at The Lodge at Taylor Ranch

This cozy little cottage used to be our Grandmothers art studio! We upcycled the little building into a place for guests to come relax on the ranch! The cottage is nestled in our tiny RV Park and near our horse and chickens! It has the best view for sunsets over our hay meadow! We have over 200 acres to explore! Bring your fishing gear or ask to borrow ours! We also have 2 Disc Golf Courses as well!
