Die Einkaufsstraße fängt nahezu direkt hinter dem Haus an. Und das Homburger Schloss ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Fußweg zum legendären Casino Royale, zum Kurpark und zur Taunustherme dauert auch nicht länger als 20 Minuten.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Mit liebevollen Details fühlst Du Dich hier willkommen: Idylischer Innenhof mit Außensauna; ausgebaute Scheune mit Jogaraum. 2017-2020 (Coronabeginn) war ich "Superhost" ausgezeichnet von Airbnb.

Es handelt sich um helles 2 ZW im Dachgeschoss/ 1 Stock mit einem Balkon, EBK, hellgefließt Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Bruchköbel ist von überall leicht zu erreichen. Über die direkt anliegende A66 erreicht man von Bruchköbel die A45 und damit die Autobahnanschlüsse nach Norden und Süden in fünf Minuten.
