Overlooking the tranquil waters of Golf del Sur, our attached town-house offers a peaceful escape for families, couples or friends seeking serenity. Relax and unwind in our well-decorated and functional space, complete with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a sun-drenched terrace perfect for soaking up the sun. Take a dip in the seawater heated pool or catch up on your favorite shows with the Smart TV and high-speed WiFi.

It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.
