Cosy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom nestled on 2.5 acres, just a stone's throw away from local conveniences and natural wonders. Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure.

The ferry terminal to Rottnest Island is located here. Public transportation is 300m from the door. Walking distance 1.2kms to Whitfords Shopping Centre, movie theatre, brewery/pub, restaurants and shops. Beautiful park 400m away, perfect for walking.

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

Studio apartment

A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
