As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. And 10 minutes from Chiangmai Airport, 30 minutes walk from Thapae Gate. Closed to both weekend market. 5 minutes walk for fresh grocery, super mk and street food, and surrounded with a lot of local amenities, from thai massage center, great bars and restaurants, Thai nightlife, 7/11, city tour agent, and a lot of famous temples.

Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. We are happy to welcome you. Please come and feel like local people here!
