This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. Outside enjoy a porch with grilling area and a charcoal grill. 1 mile to Uwharrie trail, within 4 miles to multiple kayak launches, horse and ATV trails. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!
