The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This beutiful secluded 5-bedroom villa with an outdoor pool (43m2) is located in Konavle, Dubrovnik's countryside. This house was originally built in 16th century and renovated in 2017. The house (250m2) is luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned. Besides 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, there is a modern kitchen, two dining areas, a living room with a piano and a fireplace. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
