Our cozy 1930s family home of approximately 136m2 is located in the lively Vruchtenbuurt, about 1.3 km from the beach and about 5 km from the center of The Hague. It is a family home, with front and back garden (with back entrance), facilities for children (trampoline, swings, toys) and a fireplace. You can enjoy walking or cycling to the beach. Shops, restaurants, playgrounds and public transport within walking distance. We will give tips for nice places nearby, also for the children.

A character-filled treasure in the West of Rotterdam. Three-level home with a front yard and a garden in the back, including a great glasshouse. Our basement is still under construction. The house is big with lots of space, very suitable for 2 families. It is cosy at the same time, you will feel at home here!
