I was born in this house to my artist mother 38 years ago. It is so treasured that I cannot bear to part with it. She painted the inside and handmade all the tile work. My career takes me far and wide so you will have the whole place to yourself. I keep my bedroom for the week or two out of the year that I'm home and rent the rest of the place. 5 minute walk from late night pizza, bars, restaurants, libraries, law school, corner store. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa.
