1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

Big River Bungalow is in the newly revitalized Crosstown Neighborhood. The perfect place to enjoy all Memphis has to offer. Walking distance to Crosstown Concourse which offers a variety of restaurants, shops, live music, a craft brewery, and many other activities. The house is a 5-10 minute Uber ride to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Overton Square, Cooper Young, the Memphis Zoo, Stax Museum, Liberty Bowl, Civil Rights Museum, Sun Records and Graceland. Come enjoy all midtown has to offer in our newly renovated carriage house apartment directly across the street from Overton Park, the Levitt Shell, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!

Within walking distance to Overton Park, you can enjoy the Zoo, the Brooks Museum and the Overton Park Shell in minutes. Restaurants, theaters and shops are also within minutes, with downtown in just a couple of miles. We live in the main house on the other side of the backyard so we’re available if any help is needed.
