It features a double bed and a single bed in the loft area, making it ideal for couples or small families. It also includes a spacious sofa for relaxing, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a fireplace.

Tropical Studio is a very cozy apartment 100% sustainable, totally independent, located on the ground floor of a large Andalusian country house. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. Las ventanas de Climalit han sido instaladas en Septiembre del 2017, igual que el termo de agua caliente y cocina vitrocerámica.
