The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

On the ground floor, you can find the impressive double entrance door, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. One meter lower, there is the first bedroom with two single beds, while on the first floor – which is accessible via a built-in internal staircase – stands the master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a spacious 30m2 veranda with 360o views of the island’s most significant attractions.
