Välkommen till denna klassiskt röda stuga med vita knutar i ett lugnt sommarstugeområde. Mindre än 100m ner till härlig sjö med badplats. Endast ca 40min från Göteborg med bil eller buss. Stugan har en inbjudande öppen planlösning med 2 sovrum, litet kök samt badrum. Stor kamin i täljsten och litet inglasat uterum. På utsidan finns en stor härlig altan med sol hela dagen och utsikt över sjön. Gräsmatta för avkoppling eller lekar. I intilliggande byggnad finns tvättstuga med dusch och bastu.

Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.

Liten stuga nära sjö

Mysig stuga med ett avskilt och idylliskt läge intill en liten sjö. Tillgång till privat badbrygga och liten flotte samt två roddbåtar finns. Vedeldad bastu i separat byggnad. Vacker natur med direkt närhet till skog. I stugan finns två sovrum, ett med en våningssäng samt ett med en dubbelsäng samt vardagsrum, badrum och kök. I vardagsrummet finns även en bäddsoffa. Passar för upp till fyra personer. Ellbilsladdare finns. Hundar tillåtna efter ök.

Large house with its own jetty and plenty of space for fun and eating together. Relax in this beautiful and family-friendly house with a large kitchen, terrace, sauna, table tennis, SUPs and your own rowing boat. 30 minutes to Gothenburg with Liseberg and great stores and restaurants. Enjoy the peace and quiet in forests with berries and mushrooms. Go fishing on the lake. Pets are not allowed. Not suitable for children between 1 and 5 years.

Stuga på strandtomt med avskilt läge i lövskogslandskap. Perfekt för morgondopp och bastubad, båt- och kanotfärder. Gott fiske med fiskerätt och på höstarna svamp och bär. Grill, flytvästar, kanot och båt finns. Söderläget ger många soltimmar både morgon och kväll. Med 15 minuters bilväg till Landvetter flygplats och till köpcentrum samt 25 minuter till Göteborg. Vackra gångstigar och ett sjösystem på 1,5 mil innehållande två obebodda öar.
