We warmly welcome up to four people to our designer apartment in Mannheim's city center. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. It offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and a crib (120x60cm), a living area with a sofa bed for up to two people (140x200cm), a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. Here, you can enjoy meals together, socialize, and relax. Prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen and invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you. Start your day with a delicious cappuccino from the Nespresso machine. Make yourselves comfortable on the sofa and watch the latest series together on the 55-inch smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats four. Perfect for families, friends, and business travelers who want to end the evening in good company. Through the bright hallway, you'll find the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. Make yourselves comfortable in the king-size bed and enjoy some downtime. Younger children will also find a cozy retreat in the crib (120x60cm). A sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living area is available for a third and fourth guest. The renovated bathroom offers a high level of comfort. In addition to the large shower, you'll find other amenities such as towels, shower gel, and shampoo. Unsere nette kleine Wohnung liegt in einem schönen grünen Teil von Mannheim in Niederfeld. Sie haben Möglichkeit, einen Spaziergang im Wald, am See (Stollenwörthweiher) oder entlang dem Rhein zu unternehmen. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie die Haltestellen sind ca. 500 m von der Haustür entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Paar Restaurants und Bäckereien. Die Innenstadt von MA sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreichen Sie in 10 min. mit der Straßenbahn-Linie 3. Heidelberg erreichen Sie in 30 Min.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Mit der Bahn ist man in Kürze in der Stadt (Haltestellte 2 Minuten zu Fuß), ruckzuck am Hauptbahnhof oder bei der SAP - Arena. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Im Naherholungsgebiet Waldpark, das an den Rhein grenzt ist man in knappen 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ideal, um nach einem ereignisreichen Tag noch ne Runde Joggen oder Spazieren zu gehen.
