This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
